Never let a warm prospect go cold.
When someone Operator reached replies or comes back to your site, it follows up with what they actually did, and keeps the thread going.
How does LaunchSurface follow up with warm prospects?
It watches the two moments that show interest from people it has emailed: a reply, and a return visit to your site. Replies are classified. A positive reply asking for a demo gets an immediate acknowledgement with your scheduling link if you have set one and its checks pass; otherwise it goes to your approval queue. Other replies get a follow-up proposed about 3 hours later, inside weekday business hours, so it does not read like a bot. Visits are measured by Beacon, and an engaged one raises the prospect's heat for the next cycle. It does not read your signup form or CRM; it follows up on its own outreach.
The delay before a proposed reply follow-up, moved into the next weekday 9 to 5 (UTC) window, so it does not arrive at 3am or read as automated.
Of a Beacon visit's engagement score comes from active time on the page. Scroll depth is 20%, a click on pricing, demo or sign-up 20%, extra pages 15% and interactions 10%.
Employees, by default, at which a replying account is treated as tier 1: automated replies pause and the thread comes to you.
Warm prospects go cold while you're heads-down.
A reply asking for a demo, a prospect quietly reading your pricing page: each is at its hottest the moment it happens and cools by the hour. Most never get a timely, relevant follow-up, so the warmest people you will ever reach slip away while you are busy with something else.
Built for how you actually sell.
Timely follow-up
Demo requests get an immediate answer with your scheduling link; other replies a follow-up a few hours later in business hours.
Knows what they did
Beacon surfaces who visited and what they looked at, so the follow-up references the real action instead of a generic check-in.
Reads and routes replies
When someone responds, it picks up the thread, keeps the conversation moving, and hands a positive reply to you ready to take over.
Keeps the sequence going
A single touch that goes unanswered is not the end. It follows up on its own cadence, so a warm prospect is worked, not dropped after one try.
Every warm prospect actually worked.
The people most likely to buy, the ones who already raised their hand, get a fast, relevant touch and a real follow-up sequence, so the warmest part of your funnel stops leaking while you focus on the conversations it surfaces.
The details, answered.
What counts as a warm inbound here?
Someone Operator has already emailed who replies, or who clicks through and spends time on your site. Signups and form fills that did not come from your outreach are out of scope; LaunchSurface does not connect to your signup flow or CRM.
How does it know a visitor is worth following up on?
Beacon scores each visit from your outreach on active time, scroll depth, pages read, interactions and clicks on buying steps like pricing or a demo. A long, deep visit raises the prospect's heat far more than a bounce, and an engaged visit can mark them interested.
How fast does it follow up?
A demo request with a scheduling link set is acknowledged immediately. Other replies get a follow-up proposed about 3 hours later, in the next weekday business-hours window. Visits feed Operator's next cycle, every 3 hours by default.
What happens when someone replies?
It reads the reply, keeps the thread moving with a relevant response, and routes a positive one back to you ready to take over. You step in for the conversations that are worth your time instead of triaging every inbound message yourself, and nothing sits unanswered in the meantime.
Does it only fire once, or keep working the prospect?
It keeps working it. A warm prospect that does not answer the first touch gets a follow-up on a sensible cadence rather than a single message and silence. Sending stays paced and within healthy limits from your own mailbox, so the persistence helps without putting your deliverability at risk.
