Every prospect, from first signal to first reply.
Pipeline is the list of everyone Operator has found for your product, where each one stands, and the full record of how they got there.
What does the LaunchSurface pipeline track?
Pipeline is the list of every prospect Operator has found for your product and where each one stands. A prospect enters as discovered, is ranked once it has fit evidence and a reachable contact, and then moves through drafted, sent, contacted, interested, replied and demo requested as Operator works it. An unsubscribe is terminal: the address goes on your suppression list and is never emailed again. Each prospect keeps an activity feed of every action taken on it, from the signal that surfaced it to the reply that came back, so you can see why it was chosen and what it was sent.
A discovered prospect is only ranked when it has a positive fit score, fit evidence (a firmographic match or a warm signal) and a reachable contact.
Prospects tracked on Growth. In full: 2,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and Unlimited on Scale.
Every prospect
Everyone Operator found, in one place, with the stage they are at.
Real stages
Discovered, ranked, sent, contacted, interested, replied, demo requested.
Signal attached
Each prospect keeps the signal and fit reasoning that put it there.
Kept current
Operator, webhooks and replies move prospects; nobody updates fields.
A cycle you can watch, step by step.
Stages that move themselves.
Sends, delivery webhooks, Beacon visits and replies advance prospects on their own. You watch the board rather than maintain it.
Every touch, on the record.
Tool calls, status changes, enrichment, scoring, experiment assignments and manual edits are all written to the prospect's activity feed, so you can trace any reply back to where it started.
Saw you opened three ops roles this month. Teams hitting that inflection usually feel the manual-coordination tax fast. We help ops heads cut it before it compounds.
Built to run, not to sit in a dashboard.
Signal to reply in one record.
What surfaced a prospect and what moved them live in the same timeline.
No data entry.
The system that does the work also records it, so the pipeline cannot drift from reality.
Unsubscribes stick.
An opt-out by link or by reply suppresses the address for good and ends outreach to that prospect.
The details, answered.
Is this a CRM?
No. A CRM is a record you maintain. Pipeline is maintained by the same system that does the outreach, so it is a current view of every prospect Operator is working rather than a database you keep alive.
What counts as a prospect?
A person or company Operator found for your product and stored with the evidence behind it. It is ranked for outreach only once it has a positive fit score, fit evidence and a reachable contact.
Do I have to update it?
No. Sends, delivery events, Beacon visits and replies move prospects between stages automatically.
What happens when a prospect replies?
The reply is classified and the prospect moves forward. If it asks for a demo and you have set a scheduling link, Operator acknowledges it straight away with your link instead of waiting for the next cycle, provided its checks pass; otherwise it goes to your approval queue. An unsubscribe by reply suppresses the address. Replies from large accounts come to you for review instead of getting an automated answer.
